OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH

 

We are non-denominational Church with the following beliefs.  If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us for further clarification and information.

We believe in:

​

-The triune nature of the one true God being revealed in three distinct persons as the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, yet all in one and the same God.

​

-God created everything from nothing including mankind. 

​

-Mankind and creation were in perfect relationship with God in the beginning however God gave man free will and man chose sin which led to physical and spiritual death, separation from God.  Mankind and the creation itself are currently in a fallen state with a sinful nature imputed to us from birth.  God, being love and justice simultaneously, offers us one way to be reconciled to Him and have a restored relationship through His son Jesus Christ, satisfying the punishment for sin and imputing His own righteousness back to us because He loves us.

-Jesus Christ of Nazareth was the God / Man, never ceasing to be truly God or truly human. He gave himself up as the only worthy once and for all sacrifice for the atonement of our sins. He was crucified to death and then buried.  He resurrected to life three days later then ascended into heaven and now is in authority at the right hand of God with all creation being subjected to Him. He will be literally and physically returning in all power and glory!

-We are saved by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone.  This salvation in Christ is offered to all of mannkind and is available for anyone who chooses to accept it.

-The scriptures are inspired, inerrant, and authoritative. We take a literal intepretation of the Bible.

​

-There are two genders, male and female, as designed by God.

-Marriage is between a man and woman, as designed by God.

-Sexual activity outside of the mairrage between a man and a woman is sin;

this indcludes adultery, fornication, homosexuality, pornorgraphy use, pedophilia, or any other type of sexual immorality.

-God alone deserves the glory in everything. 

​

-The Holy Spirit indwells every true believer literally, supernaturally, and metaphysically.  The resurrection power that raised Christ from the dead now lives in us giving us victory over the power of sin in our current lives as well as the assurance of resurrection from our deaths in glorified bodies to share in eternity with all fellow true believers and the Godhead. We are positionally sanctified for eternal life upon salvation by the Spirit and progressively sanctified to holy living in our current lives by the Spirit as we continually trust in Him.

-The Church has not replaced Israel and God is not done with Israel. 

​

-There will be a pre-tribulation rapture of the Church and a pre-millenial Bodily return of Jesus Christ.
